As your Health Coach, I will be your guide and mentor. I provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. We’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that improve your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

- Two 50-minute sessions per month (Skype, phone, or in-person)

- One 75-minute Thai Yoga Bodywork session each month
- One 60-minute Private Yoga session each month
- One 60-minute Private Pilates session each month.
